Ontological coaching is one of the most effective methodologies for transformation available today—both personal transformation and organizational transformation. Ontological coaching is a practice that facilitates the emergence of new possibilities in the personal and/or professional life of an individual (or group) by making him aware of his participation in the construction and co-creation of the reality he perceives. More simply put, ontological coaching addresses the concern for more effective action while also addressing the concerns of the human soul that are mostly left out of our learning practices today.
This approach to coaching transforms your worldview and capacity for action while teaching you to coach others for meaningful and sustainable change. The Coach Partnership’s Ontological Coach Training Programs are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Consisting of two modules, spread across three, in-person conferences and are led by an international team of experienced, skilled facilitators and certified coaches. The modules are called “The Foundations in Ontological Learning Course” and “The Art and Practice of Ontological Mastery” (TAPOM) and are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) Level 2. Taken together, these two modules form The Newfield Coach Certification Program (Foundations plus TAPOM) that is delivered over a nine month period. Each participant is supported throughout the program by a senior Newfield Certified Coach.
The conferences produce a rich learning context that helps you uncover ways of thinking, feeling and moving. Conference activities include:
