At The Coach Partnership, we develop coaches who are able to support human beings holistically, not just in their professional roles. Based on client feedback and the experience of our coaches in recent years, parenting has emerged as a key factor impacting every aspect of people’s lives today. Parenting exists at the heart of the cultural upheaval in which we all find ourselves at this point in the 21ˢᵗ century. As a result, today’s parents live in a world that is markedly different from the one in which they grew up.
With that in mind, we have designed a 6 month virtual program that will equip coaches with both the awareness and the tools needed to tackle the real-world challenges experienced by parents today.
Join us on a deep journey of self-discovery and empowerment as we navigate together the complex, stressful and beautiful world of parenting. Is there a more important role in life than the development of the next generation?
Check out our podcast, TINITALK, on “Parent As Coach” featuring Dr. Katrina Gisbert-Tay, Program Director of the Parenting Coach Certification Program, and Tini Fadzillah, Founding Partner of The Coach Partnership.
The program is open to coaches who have completed an ICF (or similar) accredited coach training program. The 6-month journey marries our ontological approach to coaching with the principles of holistic parenting and is divided into two parts: Foundations and Certification.
In the initial phase of the program, you will explore your own parenting context, with a focus on family, development and childhood. This deep introspection, viewed through the lens of ontology and bolstered by principles of psychology and neuroscience, will establish a solid foundation that will allow you to hold a secure space for the people you coach.
In the second phase, you will be exposed to the principles of developmental psychology, parenting dynamics, and holistic well-being. Our curriculum offers a deep dive into the complexities of human development, emphasizing the significant influence of early experiences. You will learn with thought leaders in fields that include neuroscience, medicine, psychology, child development, and education.
“Together, we’ll explore new dimensions of self as coach as well as coaching excellence – guided by ontology, psychology, and an unwavering belief in the potential of every parent to nurture, inspire, and lead with heart!”
