This two day workshop is designed to explore Performance
Coaching; a particular style and form of conversation that is
ideal when a staff member or stakeholder wants to focus on
developing a specific behaviour or reaching a specific target.
Participants will be exposed to tried and trusted models that they can add to their own existing tool kit, in order to become a better coach, manager or leader. Over the two days, participants will discover and develop their own authentic performance coaching style and practice the application of key distinctions.
The workshop is highly experiential with lots of practice and
participants will experience both being coached by someone and
coaching someone else. It remains one of our most requested
training offerings because, despite its apparent simplicity, it
equips participants with a solid foundation for their coaching
conversations. We also offer tailored versions of this program
Elements to be covered include:
• Creating a performance coaching relationship
• When to coach and when not to coach
• Building confidence in a client
• Leveraging the power of commitment
• Working with powerful questions
