As a Coach, Wellness Coaching had never been on my list of things to pursue. I was drawn to this course due to the caliber of the instructors and my fellow students; I hoped to rub shoulders with incredible and wise coaches. I now understand that health and wellness is embedded in nearly every issue brought into the coaching space. Wellness is integral to helping others, and | now have the confidence to explore this realm with my clients, friends and family!
