This year, we are stepping into something truly special.
On 29 October 2026, we begin our 20th Newfield programme in Asia, a milestone that invites both celebration and reflection.
Since our first programme in February 2010, hundreds of people from around the world have gathered in Singapore to further their personal and professional ontological journey with us. Every single one of your personal journeys has shaped the community we are today.
Accordingly, we have chosen to celebrate #Newfield20 with a provocative theme that underpins the whole Ontological Coaching approach: “Who Are We Becoming?”
As part of that celebration, we are thrilled to welcome two of our longest serving program coaches to Singapore for the first time: Angela Cusack will be here in June to co-facilitate a brand new workshop on Identity and Becoming with Marcus, and Croft Edwards will be here in September to celebrate the arrival of his new book: The Liquid Accordion, a deep dive into the somatic domain.
This three-part series, The Power of Becoming, invites graduates to go deeper into their personal and professional journey.

This 90-minute get-together is a shared space to:
You will also hear from Tini Fadzillah, drawing from her chapter “What’s Love Got to Do with It?” from The Purple Book of Coaching — exploring the role of care, commitment, and relationship in how we live and lead as coaches.
This session is complimentary and exclusive to our students and graduates across our global network.

Join Angela Cusack, Sari Marsden, and Marcus Marsden as they explore the questions that silently underpin every ontological conversation:
Who are you being?
Who do you believe you can become?
These questions shape everything that you do, say and feel. They create your current results and frame your future possibilities.
This workshop is an advanced program, specifically designed for graduates. You have already started this journey with TCP, TWP, or as GLP and now it is time to take it further.
Workshop Purpose:
To enable coaches and leaders to access a deeper level of authenticity and give them tools to be able to do the same with their clients and team members.
This workshop is open to graduates of TCP and GLP community.

A rare opportunity to deepen your somatic practice with Croft as he introduces his new book:
The Liquid Accordion: A Somatic and Embodiment Primer for Coaching In, With, and Through the Body for Coaches and Leaders.
This two-day workshop is based on The Liquid Accordion by Croft Edwards, offering a clear and practical entry into working with the body in coaching and everyday life.
The book fills a long-standing gap in the field—bringing together accessible frameworks, precise distinctions, and practices that can be applied immediately. At the core of this work is a simple yet powerful understanding: the body shapes how we feel, think, and interpret the world—and in turn, is shaped by it.
Over two days, participants will explore how to work with this somatic dimension in a grounded and usable way. This is not about theory alone. It is about learning what to notice, how to respond, and how to build practices that support deeper awareness, choice, and care—for yourself and for others.
This workshop is designed for coaches, leaders, and practitioners who want to move beyond understanding into embodied practice—bringing the work into real conversations, relationships, and daily life.
